Event Photos

Bring together photographs and reliable event notes, then plan a sequence that explains what happened and why it mattered.

Event photos flowing through StoryTable into a sequenced, captioned event recap.

1. Organize the source material

Add the event photographs and supporting notes. Include the event name, date, location, participant names, and confirmed details needed for captions.

2. Define the recap

Choose a suitable story or recap goal and preset. State the audience, purpose, desired length, and intended viewing channel.

3. Plan the sequence

Build and review the page plan. Give readers context, highlight the main moments, and end with a useful takeaway or next step.

4. Choose image treatment

Use original photos when documentary accuracy matters. Make any creative reinterpretation explicit and check image assignments and cropping.

5. Review captions and pages

Check names, dates, quotations, chronology, and what each image actually shows. Revise selected pages without introducing unsupported details.

6. Export and share

Preview the recap, export the relevant files, and check them outside the app. Confirm you have permission to share the selected photographs and quotations.
