Keynote

Use a reviewed keynote transcript to create a presentation, a social sequence, or an audience-specific recap. Start with the source, then plan each output for its own purpose.

1. Prepare the source

Add the keynote transcript in Plan → Source Materials & Instructions. Check speaker names, quotations, examples, and any transcription errors before asking StoryTable to use it.

2. Set the audience and purpose

Choose a suitable project goal and preset in Project Setup. Explain who the follow-up is for and what readers should understand or do after seeing it.

3. Build a focused page plan

In Build the Page Plan, choose the deliverable and channel. Organize the main argument, supporting evidence, and takeaway into a sequence. Remove ideas that do not fit the output.

4. Create and review

Use Create & Refine to produce a draft. Check every quotation against the transcript and refine individual pages for accuracy and readability.

5. Adapt another version

Choose Another Version from Build the Page Plan to create a different output from the existing source. Review the new audience, format, and page outline rather than copying every page unchanged.

6. Export and check

Preview the sequence in Export, choose a destination and package name, and open the finished files outside StoryTable before sharing.
