Script

Turn the script into an ordered visual plan. Define each panel's purpose before creating artwork, then refine the panels that need attention.

Script page flowing through StoryTable into a sequence of storyboard frames.

1. Add the script

Add the script to Source Materials & Instructions and identify it as the primary source. Include scene labels, dialogue, action, and production constraints that must stay accurate.

2. Choose the storyboard setup

Select a suitable storyboard goal or preset in Project Setup. Review the deliverable, channel, panel count, size, and orientation.

3. Plan the panels

In Build the Page Plan, inspect the sequence. Specify the action, shot purpose, framing, and necessary text for each panel. Keep the script facts separate from optional visual suggestions.

4. Set visual continuity

Choose a consistent visual style and add relevant character or image references where appropriate. Review continuity requirements before generating.

5. Create and refine selectively

Review the draft in Create & Refine. Select a panel to adjust its text, art direction, or image. Check the selected scope before creating replacement images.

6. Export a review copy

Preview the whole sequence, export the chosen package, and open it outside StoryTable. Check panel order, readable labels, and whether reviewers can follow the action.
